EXECUTIVE PROCESS SUMMARY
(a) Proposals - The academicians and scholars affiliated with the Academy issue a request for proposal to work on a topic of interest to the Academy. In response, a proposal is prepared by a Principal Investigator, and submitted to the Academy for consideration. (b) Meetings / Conferences - are held periodically or whenever necessary to present papers and invite peer review. (c) Papers - are the outcome of conference seminars and are published in the journal of the Academy. One of the purposes of the publication is to invite a broader peer review and critique. (d) Projects - work on the projects commences as soon as the proposal authored by the Principal Investigator is accepted by the Academy. (e) Publication - The expected outcome of a project is one or more book(s) authored by one or more authors, or in certain cases an anthology of papers by multiple authors edited by the Principal Investigator. (f) Workshops - the primary purpose of workshops is to provide training to students or interns or project participants in order to build subject-specific competencies.
