Indian National Academy of Civilizational Studies (INACS) is constituted to engage scholars, intellectuals, academicians, researchers, professionals, activists and other interested individuals to herald a culture of academic evaluation and scrutiny of the existing paradigms mainly in Indic civilizational context. It also aims at encouraging the process of defining relevant and mutually compatible parameters. While distancing from those who believe in rejection of Indic civilizational knowledge system, INACS seeks to re-discover that entire knowledge from the past where it lies locked in time. It would also endeavour for the study of contemporary disciplines so as to explore its compatability in Indic civilizational perspective. It aims at enunciating “Integral Knowledge” combining the best strands of intellectual outputs from civilizational knowledge system to contemporary studies.
